We are a family in Steubenville and bake everything fresh at home. We started our journey with sourdough making when my wife discovered she was gluten intolerant. At first, we avoided everything gluten but then stumbled across sourdough bread at a local farmer market back in Ontario, Canada. The baker explained the difference between traditional sourdough making v.s. industrial bread making. Ever since, we haven’t went back and have been thrilled to share our experience with everyone. Please feel free to ask us questions about our bread making process and whether you’d be interested in learning it yourself.
