Weatherbury Farm’s open pollinated Wapsie Valley Corn packs both a visual and a flavor punch. Milling at a low temperature maintains the nutrients & flavor of the grain. Cornbread made with Weatherbury’s cornmeal and sifted pastry flour has won first or second place in the county fair six out of the past seven years.
