A creative way to use pork shoulder! The shoulder is thinly sliced then smoked. It is similar to Canadian bacon but appears more oval shaped than round.

In operation since 2015, J&G Cattle Company focuses on sustainable and regenerative farming, growing and harvesting crops, raising hogs and angus beef. J&G Beef is an owned and operated family business consisting of 4 members, Fred & Leslie Kungl along with Michael & Stefanie Evans.
